Do you really want to be limited because your injectors are maxed out. You need to be more focused on your hp goal and not psi. I imagine a b20 your only looking for about 250 so I would prob to with 550 so you have some room to grow. I just bought injector dynamic 1000 injectors for my 300hp turbo gsr build so I have room to grow when I sleeve my other block and go for 500hp. ID injectors would be the only brand I would recommend such a large injector for a low hp build like yours and mine due to the superior spray pattern and atomization of fuel.

no they wont be ok. not in the beginning, not later on. go for at least 440's

your power range for the small turbo and around 7lbs will net you around 160-170.

Your going to get bored of your power range and want to up the boost later on. so get the 440's and call it a day.

From what I can gather,

You are planning on using basically a greddy turbo kit right?

**EDIT** seems the b series greddy kits came with an 18G turbo, not a t25, maybe it was the d series that came with a t25 turbo.
None the less, they DID use 310cc injectors, so that is what you would want to use with a greddy blue box piggy back, if nothing else, a t25 is smaller than an 18G, so if that piggy back ecu is for a b series, it will actually run richer than it should with a t25, not lean.

They came with a t25 turbo at about 7 psi, and came with 310cc injectors and a pre programmed greddy blue box for managment.

If this is the case, and you are using a blue box, you do want to use the 310cc injectors, as that is what the blue box is tuned for, any other size injectors will not run properly.

Its not the best set up ever, but it should get the job done temporarily if thats what you have for now.

The blue box was designed to run with 310's, so it shouldnt go lean, as long as you are running a t25 like the greddy kits came with, and you are running low boost like a greddy kit did.

If you decide to upgrade everything to make more power, you will need bigger injectors, a different engine management set up than the blue box, like a chipped ecu with crome, neptune etc. and a dyno tune, as the blue box is a pre tuned piggy back, other forms of management need to be tuned by a professional.

Also your t25 turbo wont get you much past mid 200's for whp, but will still be a fun street car even at 250whp.

It works for something that small. I used those years ago. They were only good to about 260whp. after that it was time to change out.

The 18G is a Garrett/Mitsu Hybrid. T25 flange, with an 18G compressor wheel and GT2860RS exhaust wheel. This is where the confusion may be.

i'd say no on a b-series.

my first turbo setup was a d15b7 with a gt17 on 15lbs....maybe 180-200whp. in crome the injectors were at like 95% duty cycle at 6500rpm readline on stock fuel pressure....

grab some dsm 450's

No it doesn't, Greddy kits are old... like 1990s old

The evo8-9 have a TD05HRA-16G6.... which is nothing like the Greddy turbo.

I liked my car with the 310's in it. After all passing 300whp too much, on the street really just makes traction more of an issue. I say if it's a street car, and 250whp is ok for you, then sure, use them. If you want to go for more some time, then go bigger. Easy.

^exactly

They work for what you have now and are a drop in solution given that you have the pre tuned blue box..

While not the best solution as your location differs from where the tune was created.. so elevation, humidity, ambient temp, and the fact that no two identical setups will run the same on an identical tune... I would really at least use a chipped ecu and have it tuned

But the blue box, 310s and standard Greddy boost levels will work fine.
