310cc or 450 cc
Hell at 7 psi 310cc should be fine. What kind of turbo do you have? Greddy uses 310cc but it's a smaller turbo. A T3/T4 you might get away with it but I'd go with 440cc.

WTF?
bigger injectors are needed for boost with the hack and engine management (UBERDATA is FREE!!).
If you run a shitty FMU then you don't need big injectors. But don't do that, use REAL engine management like UBERDATA or if you want to pay hondata, aem ems....
for injectors, bigger is better up to a point. I'd rather have 450ccs than the 310ccs. Either way you have to completly retune.
Good luck

WTF? stock ecu cant control 450cc, unless you have a uberdata, hondata or AFC or any other engine management... if your running fmu the biggest you can run is stock-310cc. if you read i put "UNLESS" you have engine management
(ex, uberdata, hondata, or AFC hack)
