yes very possible. on a medium sized t3/t4 you are looking at around 12-15 psi to get there, with many other variables in there as well. just get it tuned well and you wont have problems if the motor is healthy

Check my sig. It's pretty easy to do on stock everything just get a good tuner. Don't worry about PSI...it means nothing at all (under 25 PSI). Read up solid info if you don't believe me

ight so the set upi got and my rang of what i wanted is what i'm gona tell ya. i wanter to buy a kit but thats way to my cash so i was like expletive that. so what i did was i went to a junk yard and i found a mint 97 eagle talon TSI. it was there cus it had a shot tranny.we took off the valve cover and it was the cleanest moter i'v ever seen. so i took the 4500cc injectors off of it and the turbo witch is a T25. i took the turbo apart and snd blasted both sides so there perfect.( thx brett) i bought an ebay special turbo header. not the best but it works. i'm also using a DSM BOV. i made all my oun piping with just regular piping you can get at an auto parts store or home depo. i used rad hose for the cuplers and for the 90 elbos i used home depo pluming elbows. i bout an intercoller from ebay. it was from treadstone, heres the title you can look up ( INTERCOOLER - Polished Turbo Acura Prelude Civic - BM6 ) i made my iol line out of brake line and some conectors. make my own down pipe out of a Jbend from summit. and rite now i'm running 9PSI. and i'm tuned with uberdata. it's got some good power to it with the LS motor. so far i'm beat up a GT stang, S4, EG hatch with a jdm B18c, V6 eclipce, beat up a 90 talon TSI up a hill passing him lol. i got to go get tuned but i should be making some where around 240whp. theres no dout that this is a 13.5 car with a lil more tuning. ohh yea i spent less than $500 on the whole thing. you ******* cant beat that i'm here for questions

If you plan for 300whp, def get ARP headstuds - they're cheap and fast from lightning motorsports.

With 160k on the motor, I don't think it would last too long. Maybe with 200-250whp, but not 300. Check it for leakdown and consistent compression numbers to see how it's holding up.
