Default 3 weeks turboed and small problems

I have had the 18g on my car for about 3 weeks. really have not driven it hard. Most of the time we take my wifes car. I have been through a few problems over those 3 weeks. I got it tuned was runing awsome.
I did notice a exhaust leak was missing a bolt for the manifold,And when it was cold started it sounded like a mac truck with that ticking noise untill it warmed up.Well i went to the local shop they gave me a Nut for the mani, And had them add a GE vacuum manifold on my car. They couldn't get it to stop idleing funny. it will go from 800rpm up to 1500rpm just bouncing up and down. Now i am back to a Mac truck, bad idle all the time when stoped and i just noticed my oil return line is soaked on the outside with oil. I have just the rubber hose could it seap through if that line got hot enough?

Cliff notes
1.loud as hell just does not sound right exhaust. Another exhuast leak somewere else?
2. Bad idle after vacuum manifold installed
3. oil return line is soaked in oil.

I am going to get my car retuned sunday to see if that fixes the idle. But should i be worried about that oil line. its U shaped and rubber kinda hovering over my pipe from the turbo to the intercooler. I am wondering if its leaking at the top of the tube were it connects to the turbo and running all down the hose.
Also the hose is mush. you can squeeze it and it feels like jelly bad??

TIA

ahh yes the infamous manifold nut problem. It's usually the nuts on the ends of the flange that come off, to fix this buy either a "lock" nut, or just double the nuts up, thats what I do and it always works.

I'm guessing you have a boost gauge, what's the vacuum reading at idle? mabye there's an air leak or something.

Oil reaturn line.. is it leaking from the flange at the exit on the turbo? or from where the hose slides on the barb?

vacuum reads 21 at idle. but will surge with the car when it idles crazy. I guess there is some connector i can try remove from the fuel rail to the IM.

To be honest with you it doesn't look like its leaking up there at all. it looks like it soaked through the hose or its just oil/road grime from my last oil change. Is that hose supposed to feel like jelly? i might need to switch out to a steel braided line on that too
