Thermal makes one that fits no problem, ive had them before. you can also run the DC2 kteller with slight modification to length of tubing. if you have a welder or know a welder this is easy to do.

Well, I'm not completely sure it fits yet, but I purchased this a few weeks ago. It says it fits 92-00 civic 1.5/1.6 All Models Sedan/Coupe/Hatchback, but then it says it excludes SI model. Not sure if it means EG hatchbacks or the 99-00 si (b16).

Re: 3 inch exhaust for a hatch? help?
so basically is the issue with using a coupe exhaust on a hatch only the fact that the muffler will stick out too far?
kteller said something about the whole over the axle section being wrong, but i thought they all used the same suspension meaning that it would just be longer at the end to account for the body difference.

I've explained this to you, one two other boards already. Also your information is incorrect, please stop posting misinformation. we do some private label work for/with vrs, as well as several other small business across the usa. we also supply two of the bigger turbo manifold makers and turbo kit brands with material, bends, etc. Order the hatchback kit and you'll be fine, if you want it prewelded and bolt on, then your going to have to make a lot of changes to one of our full systems, in which would just be better off getting the kit.
they are located right down the road and i can tell you, that you will need to do a lot of modification to this system to get it fit 100% the way you would want it to. i know, because i know how that item is made inch for inch

well it was one other forum, which is much smaller, so i posted it here too, sorry for trying to get as much info as possible
i posted this response to you on the other forum

i only see 2.5 inch for hatch on the site?
i guess im missing something still though, i get that the body is shorter, but the chassis are the same and suspension is the same so that the over axle bend is the same...and the only differing factor is the length on the tailpipe end...
then what needs to be rewelded? wouldnt i just need to cut off 4 inches and weld on a muffler?

Vibrant makes a full 3" cat back. I have one on my hatch. It is 3 pc with out a resontor, N1 muffler and fairly loud w/o a silencer.
