3 bar map sensor, what is the resistance?
I'm trying to check to see if I have a bad 3 bar map sensor, anybody know what the resistance is? I did a search already and can't find it. I also checked the voltage going to the map sensor....everything is fine. I have the vaccuum directly to the intake manifold with the other line. :gotme:

Re: 3 bar map sensor, what is the resistance? (sleeprhatch)
well I currently have the stock map sensor in it. It runs fine then when I unplug it and connect the gm 3 bar map it runs super rich and crappy. Idles like ***. Just to make sure I connect back the stock map.....bam it runs normal.

is your computer programmed to read the 3 bar? If not it's going to be wrong and run like crap because it is calibrated differently than a honda map sensor which only ranges up to about 10 PSI maximum. Your 3 bar reads over 3 times that much pressure.
