3 bar map sensor installed in stock map sensor, modifying stock sensor

FWIW...

Its a lot easier to hollow out the firewall mounted map sensors than the TB mounted map sensors. I have done quite a few of these (street racers like the OEM look) now for local customers simple.

The hardest part is figuring out which pin to wire the sensor wires to...do it backwards and you're screwed.

contact ncturbocivic( i believe thats his name on here). He sells 2.5bar,3bar, and 4bar motorolla map sensors mounted in stock tb map sensors. I've ran a few of his sensors on customer and friend's cars.

I know what you mean, we did it using your chip to my brothers firewall mounted map sensor from his DA but after a electrical mishap (we believe) the chip was reading 28psi all the time and car would start dump fuel and kill itself.

Thanks for the info, i like the factory look but not trying to hide anything so the omni will work for now. Gotta put my xenocron chip to use on something though
