Default 3" Mufflers

Anyone have this muffler: http://www.jcwhitney.com/product.jht...D=5445&BQ=jcw2

Is this the same as dynomax's super turbo muffler?

I've gone thru 2 mufflers so far. I'm ready to try another one to quiet it down some more, I already have a resonater on there too. I've heard that the turbo muffler is pretty decent.

Mufflers I've tried:

Apex N1 = Loud as hell at any given throttle
Magnaflow = Not as loud, low deep tone

LlTurbo91 how loud was the N1? i actually have the thermal 3inch and thinking for getting the n1 cannister to replace the muffler.

Im thinking the thermal sounds like the dyno max.

What size piping did u have with the N1?

BTW i dont think that is the same as the dynomax....doesnt really look like it sized right for honda application.

The N1 is unbearable without the silencer tip. If you leave the silencer tip in there might aswell switch back to stock. I had a 3" piping, no cat

what size piping?
Im running a cat and a resenator.....i wonder how much that will quite it down?
Im even thinking about sticking in another resenator...i just really like the N1 style look.

Dynomax 3" muffler. I don't know if its the "turbo" style, but it is a straight through design. I think it was 70 sumthing from Summit.

I am not running a resonator. 2.5" down pipe, into a 2.5" catco cat, then its all 3" piping.

SUPER quiet in part throtal, then its just a loud deep tone in boost, and WOT.

I LOVE it.....
