I"m planning on doing a 2nd turbo setup for my 2nd car.

I'm just looking for a very basic and simple setup. Its gonna be on an EX motor, straight T3 turbo w/ internal WG, non intercooled since i'll only be running 3-5 psi, generic BOV, and other misc items to complete the project.

question is, what are the bare fuel management essentials i need to get it running properly. Keep in mind that I'm only going to be boosting 3-5 psi only. Should I consider a B&M fpr, FMU, and spark plug upgrade to start with? I just want something to keep the car running too lean during boost..
