Just to keep you people building motors motivated... After a long tedious rebuild from a bearing spinning, the results are undeniably enough to put a smile back on my face. The setup is as follows: (For those who are going through the pain, keep ya head up!)
84.5mm ITR Motor
CP 9.1 Pistons
Manley Rods
OEM Bearings
PR3 ITR Cylinder Head with .5mm oversized black nitride coated valves Swirl, ported polished, 3 angle valve job
Hondata IM Gasket
JG Edelbrock IM
70mm TB
Full Race Manifold & DP
GT30R w/ .86 ar
Precision 880 CC injectors
PWR IC
Tial 50mm BOV
Tial 40mm WG
Greddy Profec B Spec I
The first graph is C16 Race fuel @ 24 psi
The second graph is 14-15 psi with pump gas
@18 PSI on pump gas it did 475 hp and 320tq
The 3rd graph is my old setup with 750cc injectors and a T3/60-1 with a .63 ar

great numbers on pump gas, what coating did you have done on the full-race manny

The coating on the Manifold is Swaintech ceramic, it ran about $190 and was gone for about 2 weeks. I must say it does an excellent job of keeping the underhood temps down, before without it I could see the oem hood begining to warp from the heat of the mani, hopefully the issue is now resolved. The EMS that was used was Neptune, and the tune was performed by Evan's tuning.

Very nice! Sorry I didnt get to stick around until the end, but the car sounded awesome on the dyno. Anyway, nice numbers ...should have some better graphs up tomorrow night when Jeff grabs them off the dyno pc.

I feel your pain... as soon as I spun the bearing I had all the parts to the machine shop within 5 days. It took them about 11/2 months to rebuild due to how busy the shop is during this time of year. The wait was worth it. Have faith.

ohhh I know the pain, nice numbers on pump!! good motivation. My head's been down for a while now... might have my car running sometime this year.

that white ceramic coating is almost scary looking.

84.5 mm - guessing this block is sleeved as well? didn't see that listed.

Sorry, I don't know what I was thinking when I typed that... the manifold is a JG Edelbrock piece... The coating on the manifold is the Swaintech header coating, it ran about $200 and 2 weeks for the application. It does an excellent job to keep underhood temps down. Just to clarify I am running a GT30R with .86 ar. I have modified the post and added my last dyno run with the 60-1 for comparison purposes.

475 WHP on pump gas is filthy, especially with a GT30R. Just goes to show you how much of a difference a ported head and some well selected parts makes when a lot of people running T3/T67's can't make that much on pump gas.

Part I agree, I feel the headwork had a lot to do with the power that it was making... the timing was ultra conservative in the midrange and on top so it is not like I was forcing to the motor to do something it did not want to.
