Default 14b on ZC question

I have a brown top ZC in a 85 CRX Si. I'm getting the last bit of parts together this week to do a junkyard turbo setup with a 14b. I did a search and it would apear that the stock wastegate actuator is set to 12 psi? How do I lower it to around 8 psi? I have the dsm 450cc injectors. Shoud I use those with a safc vs. a 12:1 FMU? If I use the dsm injectors with a safc and leave the actuator alone can I run without detination on 12 psi? (We have 93 octane gas here)

Also, does anyone know what kind of psi my stock fuel pump can create safely?

i have a 14b turbo the stock wastegate actuator is 8-9 psi , on the dsm its 12psi because their ecu sets it at that.btw def safc with the 450cc you need to control these injectors or your idle will really suck and you ll be running hella rich if you go with the fmu setup. also check out homemadeturbo.com there is way more info than you ll ever need on that site.
