14b flange same as 16g?

Just wondering if this 14b adaptor will allow a 16g to bolt up to a standard t3 manifold.

to answer the question, a tdo5h 14b flange is the same as a small 16g

Ok another question. How is this turbo compared to a gt28rs. as far as spool,powerband, and tq?
