I was thinkin...kinda bad times for boost ... then I read "no slicks 13 stock steelies" ahaha, thats great. It almost makes you want to laugh at the guy putting 4-5k into his b16 and barely doing low 14's. BTW how much psi?

how much boost did it take you to get to 215whp on a 14b? thats pretty impressive. I know that my old 14b setup was nowhere near that. haha.

That car can run way faster than that on steelies.

I did 13.7 in a 97 ex shell with a b7.

that was on 9psi...14b...the dyno on 215 was made with 8psi...before tuned (myself( it made 182 with conservative timing and fuel...then after tune 215 so pretty good...i think next im thinking more agressive cam....and something to the bottom end but dont know what in the process of building an a6....so im thinking around 270ish with that on 12-13psi? car weighed in at 2235... a6 build consists of new bearing. crower rods, turbo cam, same bore, ferrea valve train oversized valves, and pulleys, etc..etc.... its about 2 months from complete

215 hp, b7, 8 psi on a 14b.... Something doesn't add up. Say the B7 makes 95 at the wheels NA. You're saying you made 110 hp on 8 psi with a 14b. I can't see that.

d15b7 has d16a6 si cam, d16y8 manifold...those things really help power out top end especially past 5500 rpms and the si cam still pumps power at 7500 rpm so yeah it is possible....just like a z6 with 112 to the wheels stock puts 220 to the wheels on 8 psi with a good tune....also the d16a6 and b7 are very underated engines...mine before boost could keep with and pass z6 when i had my si tranny....just the rods suck.

you have a dyno sheet or timeslip? I'm just saying that is a lot of power for a tiny turbo on low boost. My T3 sure as heck isn't making 215 whp on 8 psi.

seems fishy, z6 with a 14b at 8 psi would make around 200 to the wheels correct(good tune)? AND THEY HAVE MAD VTAKK!! so wtf?

sorry bro but i have to call bs. theres no way u can make that much power on just 8 psi with that turbo. unless your just on some lean *** fuel map with lots of timing. but i dont believe that bottom end would last for more than a few days like that much less a quarter mile and dyno pulls.

14b+ d15b7 + 8psi does not = 215whp. Even with that cam and intake manifold. Heck my z6 on 8psi with a similar sized turbo and a zex 59300 cam isn't making 215whp.

in uber my fuel enrich was set at 103 which gave me 12.5-13.1 afr...my timing was .70 per pound of boost...red line at 7500 rpms...with the si cam stock cam in motor started dieng after 5700....and yes that power was made on 14b with airport gas... 2.5 inch charge pipes....b18 throttle body also...so what you dont believe when i get a chance to post the dyno and slip i will but for all those rockin d's they know what these motors are capable of and each one is different and each setup....and your right about the motor probably not going to last long like that also...my street tune is with same fuel setup but .80 retard.....and my friends z6 with 14b, no cam, same timing and fuel...same IM is pushing more than me....so i guess your tune must have sucked with a cam and all too...**** zerodaze made 230 off a b7/z6mini-me14b....its all in the tune...

its alittle lean imo but i hope it holds together for ya. i like 14b's but im sticking to my t3 super60, hope to have dyno numbers deep into the 2's if not 300.

btw, what fuel is that, airport gas?
