Icon3 <~~How about a b18b1~~>?

purchased a 92 JDM integra with b18b1 inside? must be a swap..

so anyway im thinking turbo but ide have to build the motor to do that so i was thinking just build the motor for a non turbo setup & just swap pistons later.

you think 60 over is outrageous? is 40 even practicable for a daily driver?

whats the best way to start? maybe cam gears lighweight pullys headers cai OR ram air first... then maybe valve springs & camshaft & new seals.

i dunno, any advice.///?

i did such but post got deleted & i searched quite a bit for the exact info im looking for.
no disrespect but im wonding if anyone knows the biggest pistons honda makes for a b18b1

cuz if 20 over is the biggest honda will go i doubt 60 over is a good idea.

whats the biggest bore youve seen out of this motor? & work properly & also not blow up after a week.

i want to build it once properly

the turbo is down the line so for now im going all motor but i want to buy parts that will work for allmotor & turbo setup

pistons obviously will be either all motor or turbo build.
but what else might i do to help longevity & performance without deticating my morot to one setup or the other..

thank you.

Some people push the stock sleeves to 82mm. I went 81.50 on mine. Nippon racing and Inline Four sells good OE cast pistons. There isn't really any secrets to building that bottom end...same as the others. Been done millions of times.

Wow you've got allot of reading to do.

Again - you're asking FI questions in an NA sub forum. Go over there and ask them. 28 psi on what size turbo? A 16g? A 42R? What??

Don't answer, just go post in the correct forum. Please.
