It is not really going to matter if he clocks it or not the compressor inlet will have to face down most likely and the area where it is in the pic offers the most clearance as that is the flattest area. I suggest getting another flange and either having it welded on to the turbo flange and using it basically as a spacer, that should give him enough space, the only concern is where that will position the turbo relative to the chasis. Other then that I don't see anything else that will fix the issue, the compressor housing is bigger then the turbine housing and the manifold flange.

i mocked it with a t3 60/63 with a .60 compressor housing and it fit fine.

I see what you are saying Josh, but If it does not fit the extra flange Idea should definately clear and if he gets the flange perfectly flat add some copper sealent and uses it as a sanwich he should be good right?

yes that idea would work for sure if hes willing to do that, im pretty set on the fact that it will fit if he clocks it to where it needs to be.

on a second note, typically the compressor housing in of the driver side of the manifold, did you see if it fit that way? or is this for an AC setup?

well boys I owe Josh an appology clocked that **** and i have like a quarter inch of clearance between the 2 so it now works and will also be pointing the correct way for my charge pipes. Just didnt look like it would work before i did it but it does give it a we bit of clearance to work.

anyone wants pics ?

edit: corey the mani clears both ways now before it was worse with the compressor on the driver side
