** Tubular Manifolds W/ Running AC **
I am currently in the market for a Tubular style manifold that will allow me to Run AC in my car.
The car is a 1996 civic coupe with GSR motor running AC and maybe PowerSteering if possible.
I am looking for a tubular style manifold. I have found two that will allow me to do this. The Sidewinder and the Full Race AC Compatible Manifold.
Any others out there that will allow me to Run AC in my car?
Thanks In Advance....

The wastegate was installed with an elbow and then probably dumped straight down to the ground via the bottom of the engine bay.

not exactly, there isnt an elbow bolted on, its part of the manifold itself.
here's a pic of it without the condensor:

i know that, but i was worried about fitment issues for the wastegate dump.

its fine as long as u use a 40 mm tial, dont use the 35 mm cuz the flange is wider and there is less clearance....

If you look at that picture you see the long tube for the wastegate. Did you setup one for your wastegate also?
Most people let the wastegate dump into the engine bay because they dont have space for the waste gate dump tube.
any pictures from facing up looking at the wastegate from below the car?
Btw anyone has any other suggestions for manifolds?
Only two out there? Full Race and LoveFab Sidewinder?
IMpossible!

I think the only problem my installer has is the intercooler piping and also how close / close everything comes...

I consider myself to be an extremely good fabricator and welder (if I don't say so myself) and I have often considered making tubular manifolds for Hondas. The reason I haven't bothered, is Full-Race. To me, they seem like the perfect manifold as they are practical (don't fill the engine bay with exhaust pipes) effective (nice equal length runners with awesome collector) and extremely high quality (just look at the welds.... honestly, they are up there with the best I have ever seen, and I spent some time in the welding bay at QANTAS AIRWAYS amongst some fine welders who repair gas turbine combustion chambers so I know good welds when I see them) Not only that, but they are Honda enthusiasts, and offer the complete package to support their product (intercoolers, piping, etc.)
FULL-RACE You can't go wrong!!!!
Oh, and regarding price, you really do get what you pay for. I would rather save a little longer and spend my money on something I want, as opposed to buying what I can afford NOW, and regretting it later.

thanks for the input, but the full race AC manifold looks like **** dont fit!
[ricer comment]
plus the full race manifold doesn't look as cool as the love fab side winder esp when you pop your hood.
