"super 60" center section??

"super 60" center section??
i found a Garrett\Air Research t3 turbocharger on craigs list for sale, it reads "has an upgraded super 60 center section"
question
what does the "super 60" center section mean? i tried searching i got nothing
i'm kinda new to turbochargers, sorry if this is a total newb question

I am not quite sure but it probably either has something to do with the type of bearings being used or that this new center section is both water and oil cooled vs the standard just oil cooled of the garret t3. However, if the compressor side was not changed to the "super 60" wheel and housing it could just be a regular t3 60 which is a 30lbs/min turbo vs 33lbs/min of the super 60. A lot of the time people mistake the t3 .60 for the super 60. Do you have a link? Is this for an h23 and what are your power goals?
