Default Is this a "large" or "small" spring in my wastegate? See photo....

I bought this WG off of ebay (everyone's favorite! SSautochrome) a while back. They claimed it came with a spring that was rated around 7 PSI. I've been trying to see if the damn wastegate works - but couldn't get it to actuate when I put pressure on the diaphragm.

After taking it apart this is the spring that was inside - it appears to be a "large" Tial style spring, but since I don't know the physical size difference between the large and small ones - I could be wrong.

I just want the standard .4 BAR spring (which I believe is the small red one).....
