I have a B16A with a built head, CTR Cams... was wondering what stock ECU would go good with it and still give me the full potential of the engine..

no stock ecu will give you the "full potential" of the engine.

JDM B16a ----P30

 

A chipped obd1 vtec ecu such as a p28, p30, p72, p06 with vtec added etc.

As mentioned, no STOCK ecu is going to be right for your setup. If your engine was unmodified then a stock P30 would do just fine, but with CTR cams, you need more fuel to go with the additional air flow, as well as some timing adjustments wouldn't hurt...

Go with a chipped P28 or P30 and have it tuned for your engine.
