Ok I have a 95 civic coupe with a turbo D16z6. But I need help with what TUNE I have or how do I Figure it out? this is what I have atattched to my P28 ECU.... Does anybody might know what it is?? (The Blue box) Neither ECU or The Blue Box Have any USB Ports or anything...
Maybe an early model DIYAutoTune prototype? Open the cases and post some photos of the boards.
Might want to post on PGMFI.org also and see if it catches anyone's eye.
At first I was going to say Greddy Emanage blue box but it doesn't look right.
Ding ding!!! I had one of those back in 2002 or 2004... Greddy had those as their blue box then. It basically just restricted voltage to the MAP sensor and fudged the IAT and ECT for adding more fuel IIRC. It's been a decade since I have seen one again, but I am 95% sure that's what it is.
Also OP, IIRC it should have a green LED on the other side or maybe it was on the edge? But I am pretty sure it was on the large flat side.

God damn that sounds like "tuning" old bosch L-jetronic efi. Tighten the afm spring to lean it, loosen the spring to richen it. Replace the iat and ect sensors with potentiometers to do the same. Above around 4500rpm the afm was usually already wide open and didnt do ****. Very primitive efi lol
LOL, yea that's some old school tuning methods. I'd recommend ditching it and going with a real engine management setup if your budget permits. Any chipped ECU, Neptune, or Hondata S300 setup will be much better than that once you have it tuned. The piggy-back systems basically just trick the ECU into using a different area of the fuel and ignition maps to dump more fuel and change timing.
