Vref pin????

I have a 2000 civic dx and doing a obd2b to obd2a conversion. Use my DX harness. I can't figure out where this pin goes on a p72 from a 99 GSR. do i need to use it to run the B18C1 in the Civic?

no advice. but I do have a question.
Don't you wish you would have just spent the $80 and bought the conversion harness now that you started that project and got stuck?
