Default Tuning Question: Using target % Lambda in Hondata Software

I am confused to certain principles of hondata.

First, if using Target percentage Lambda do you adjust each cell or all corresponding cells ?
Second, if need to adjust idle itself do you adjust only corresponding highlighted cells even if lines are jagged and cross into next line ?
Third, first row show several cells that need lots fuel added but not sure if due to when I let off throttle displaying a lean condition and percentage Target Lambda displays adjust...?...

IMO the percent target Lambda is just a general guide to get you started in the normal driving/closed loop portion of the tables. These will be corrected by O2 feedback anyway so you don't need to be perfect.

Instead of focusing on that, use your datalogged wideband AFR's for tuning at WOT. Changing one cell in a fuel table is never a great idea. Always smooth out your graphs after you make changes.
