Default Troubleshooting: B20 Engine goes into limp mode after installing a turbocharger

We put a turbo on to my B20 motor. Started it up would not go over 3200 RPM. Got a new ECU it did the same on first start up. it was running fine before this. Can anyone help. Motor cam out of a 98 CRV

you can't just put a turbo on a non-turbo motor. you need to upgrade the fuel system and computer system, and have it tuned for the setup.
