Default tiny cuts on b16a2 with EFI Ecu

Hello Guys.

i have a civic with b16a2 engine and GT3582. i already make 670 HP and i decided to move on from P30 ecu into EFI Euro 2 Ecu.

i made the conection perfectly the car starts ok.
-new rpm sensor on crank (trigger wheel with 0.5mm gap from sensor)
-i choose to keep CYP sensor from OEM distributor
-OEM TPS,IAT,IACV,FUEL RELAY
-ID 1000cc injectors
-Denso coils on plug from K20A engine
-new iridium NGK 9's spark plugs
-Map sensor from AVCR sensor

the car works good. i went to my tuner to tune it
we start from the lowest pressure(spring pressure) 12 psi
and it makes 400 hp

the problem is that it sounds like it have a litle tiny cuts like missfires in some
rpm points... and ofcourse we stop the tuning on that pressure to fix it.

-i checked all the wires again and i changed the CYP , RPM sensor and coil triggers with cables with shield.
-i tried with a friends of mine another set of coils from S2000 AP2
-i tried to play with the CYP
-i tried to change the gap between rpm sensor and trigger wheel
-i tried without air filter ( i know doesnt matter but..)

same problem...

do you have any idea to help me??

could be as simple as needing a lot more tuning to the ignition maps. there's really no way to tell without actually being there to see and hear it and inspect the sparkplugs and watch the exhaust for funny puffs.

I see. I believe the same because I burned 25 liter of 100 ron gas for 100 miles.
I saw the spark plugs and with 15 miles was too dark. I will post a picture.

I have sometimes some funny puffs when I leave the gas pedal. And my tuner didnt enabled the cut off setting for injectors too cut them off when I left the gas pedal.
