Default tensioner problems fml

So ive been working on my new build for my single cam and decided to do a new timing belt water pump and tensioner. But when we put everything on and timed it we discovered the hole threads were stripped, we tried doing a mild retap but didn't work out quit well. I'm in a bit of a predicament and could use some advice, anything but a new block or involving a shop.

If you post this in the correct forum, Tech/Misc, the right people might see it and you'll likely get a response.

Well you might be able to drill the hole out one size and re-tap using a different size bolt...If that's not an option, I can't think of anything else. Sorry, I'll give it some thought.
