Starting problems

Hey guys i have a 00 civic with a b18 for some reason after a cold spell hit the starter won't turn over and the fuel pump wont kick on when i turn the ignition to on or run ... any ideas on a cause?

cold solder joints on the main relay. Remove it, remove the cover and resolder all the joints.

Ignition switch? Try tapping on it while turning key. Bad main relay? Check ignition fuse? Push start it?
