Default Rywire sub harness help!!!!!

Hey guys! I'm going through bit a of a problem installing my rywire sub harness. I know the sub harness plugs into the driver size shock tower and then it plugs to the engine harness. The problem I'm having is taping the 6 or so loose wires that the harness comes with. I know those wires are for the fuel pump, vss, and ect. I'm not sure where I'm suppose to tap them. Rywire says I'm suppose to tap them to my old ecu plugs. I did that but nothing, everything else is hooked up and ready to go. Note that my car has been setting for a bit but I doubt it has nothing to do with.
So those are the wires that need to be tap and the others are my old ecu plugs. So I just tap them through there's or am I suppose to do it somewhere else? I'm really confuse. I'd looked everywhere for a definitive answer but nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It's 93 cx hatch. I tap all the wires like I'm suppose to and I everything works like my check engine light and all that stuff which are part of those 6 loose wires but my pump still doesn't prime, so I really don't understand. I think the integra should be the same. Did your harness came with two sets of wires? The subharness and the engine harness? As far as I know they should be the same

Look under your dash at the connector with all the wires of the same color......

It's common to use the ground bar with all the same color wires or the power bar with all the same color wires.

You don't use the same color especially if its for a different purpose unless your broke.
