Default running lean???

I had a fuel flow problem on on my 90 crx si converted to OBD1 with a b16 that was causing the car to lean out and die, so I made a new fuel feed line and fixed the restriction problem. But the wide band and narrow band sencors are running lean like 20 to 1 . Some thing like that. This is all at idle ,I have not driven the car. I have tried 3 sets of known good stock injectors and 3 differient ecu's 2 chipped and one stock. Still the same result. No checkengine codes. I have also tried DSM 450's and a corresponding chip and it is still running lean. My best result was a stock PO6 with saturated 240's it some times idled at 14.7. But it would eventually run lean. Help

Drive the car and inspect the plugs right after to get a visual determination on the fuel mixture. The wideband could be reading incorrectly.
