Pro1 Idling help!
Hey guys.
Last summer I got together a turbo setup and have been slowly piecing together the turbo kit for it. In the meantime I am still driving the car for fun.
LsVtec, 10:1cmp, Pro 1's, S300.
I am trying to drive it more and more so I am trying to fix minor issues. My last one to get through is getting this thing to idle on cold starts.
I have a current map on Hondata.com, I have made a few changes to the fuel trim since I just put a Victor X on but it's still close enough.
I am seeking help with getting this to idle, any help will be appreciated.
I still need to adjust post start fuel trim and cranking fuel trim too.

Are these authentic S2 cams? Blox cams have this problem and there is no real fix.
Cam gear settings?
Set your dist timing?
PM me your email address

It definitely is somewhere in the tune or in the IACV settings/FITV if you have one.
How does the car idle once it is warmed up?
Also what throttle body are you running, OEM casting throttle bodies will always produce the nicest idle and easiest startup.
Yea, I have them on my 84.5mm ls/vtec and my good friend has a set on his stock bore B16 and both have stock casting throttle bodies and are tuned with nepTune and idle perfectly.
It is generally the tune (IACV duty, timing, etc) and/or throttle body/intake manifold combination that will cause a car to not want to idle.

Honestly cannot remember what the cam gear settings are, had my buddy help me degree them, will have to look once I get back home. Think maybe 0 or +1 on each.
Link to map is in the OP
I have the Blox P1 cams and have no such issues.

Will be at the Dyno day!
Once its warmed up it idles perfectly no issues at all!
I had a BDL tb on it and just switched to a skunk 2 when I put my Victor X on. Even with the BDL and an AEBS manifold it exhibited the same startup issues.
I even tried playing with the post start fuel trim and cranking fuel trim too to no luck.
