Honda put a rev limiter on the stock ECU for a reason.

The best chip for your car is the one burned ONLY for your car. I mean get your ECU chipped, adjustable FPR and cam gears, another 02 sensor bung where a tuner can hook up a wideband or whatever, and get a street or dyno tune. If the motor is bone stock then dont waste a penny on this.

Don't get that MUGEN chip... I put it in my car and it pulled wheelies...

Get a "sTr8 cU5t0m" one done by a shop and have it tuned specifically for your motor. With the sounds of it there is ABSOLUTELY no reason that you even need a tune or a "chip". MMhhmmmm unless you mean potato chips... because I could go for some of those right now.

You need to read a ton more on this site and in general and you will have your answer to this question.

"Performance" chips are a waste of time and money.
