Default P75 to P28

Hey guys I recently went LS VTEC and had a friend of mine solder the moates kit to convert my P75 to P28. When I set up the tune in eCtune, do I need to make sure the ecu selection is P28 at the first screen or does it not matter? (currently setup for P75)

Car runs pretty good on my old LS tune for low cam so far, so it would save me some time to just use it. I could copy the tables over to a fresh map otherwise.

A little research (from crome at least) shows different codes being used for the different ecus, so one should use the code specific for their ecu. Started a fresh map on the "now P28" and everything works fine.

So is it possible when converting to go p72 or p28?
Lot of he say online and I did the moates 1980 board v tech kit. That's going to result in 272 clone being its a 1980 board. Witch only with the p 75 use this board
