Default P73 ecu ?

I've done some searching and can't find the answer im looking for, so real quick here it is. I have a itr swapped 97 civic ex, 5 speed (obd2a) will a p73 with this number stamped on it 37820-P73-003 plug and play with no issues? I was told it was an obd2a computer. The reason I ask is because my buddy told me I might have to jump some wire on my ecu harness to get the fuel pump to work right? any info would help a ton. Thanks Honda homies!
