you have to give us more info about your ecu/car ..to check OBD system ..
Must be OBD2A or OBD2B ..

P73 must be DC2 Integra Type R
95-98 Integra : OBD2A
99-01 Integra : OBD2B

That is wrong dude.
96-99 Integra is OBD2A.
00-01 Integra is OBD2B
