Default obd2b modification question

I have an 2000 Integra running an obd1 w/ an s-200 unit. Unfortunately in the great state of Ct it is illegal to put and older system in your car. Therefore when I went to get my car smogged to register it the emissions computer was never able to sinc up because it was looking for the obd2b instead of the obd1 it was running. This leads me to my question. Is it possible to modify my obd2b ecu to run the program that my hondata is currently using. I tried to swap out the ecu but my car is just to far beyond stock fuel mapping apparently.

Any help is good help because my car has been sitting in the driveway now for 3 months making me cry!

No it is not possible. You will need to install the stock ecu & resolve all malfunction indication codes to pass inspection.

Try contacting some local dyno tuners, they may know a county that doesn't complete that kind of inspection etc...

Good luck!
