Default obd2-obd1+ cat delete

alright long story short ...i am interested in putting a high flow cat on my ek. I got it tuned on neptune and a obd2 -obd1 conversion. Well the cat I am looking at doesn't have a place for th o2 sensor. Will this cause harm to my ecu if I don't install the cat o2 sensor. Also will I end up losing power...im getting robbed of power as it is (it is a stock cat hooked up to 2.5 inch header outlet and a 2 and a quarter exhaust inlet). Will putting on high flow cat hurt me more than help me ?

The obd1 ecu only uses the primary o2 sensor in the header.
