can an Obd0 Integra'91 be converted to Obd-1 P28 Ecu with an o2 sensor and also with a obd1 distributor FLAWLESSLY ?

Can the car take the advantage of o2 sensor while street driving ?

Is tuning required for this or any stock pr4 map with closed loop enabled will do the job ?
