NepTune shift indicator
Neptune has a shiftlight feature that lights up your check engine light as a shiftlight.
That is not the shift indicator, as the check engine shiftlight is the only indicator we offer for that. If you have ignition cut and you're hitting the rev limit that could cause the tach needle to drop. If you're not hitting the rev limiter then it's something physical with your wiring, components, or cluster, as NepTune can't control your tach.
it looks like your rev limit is set to be an ignition cut and not a fuel cut.
if you use the ignition cut, the signal from the dizzy to the tack in interrupted and will make the needle go crazy.
try changing i to a fuel cut only and see if that fixes it
