Neptune rtp code 14
I just bought an po6 equipped with neptune rtp on my 89 civic b18b1 obd1 swap.
Now I set up the base map it won't idle at all.
It will just keep cranking and cranking like it wants to start.
In order for it to start I have to hold in the gas for it to idle. If I let it go it does
It ends up pulling an iacv code
But when I put back my stock ecu no iacv code 14 code.
Tried disabling iacv error code no luck
Anyone got into problems like this? Or the ecu I bought is junk

ECU issue, not software issue. You can adjust the throttle screw to let more air in and see if you can get it to run properly without IACV or you can try a different ECU.
There are two resistors labeled R58 and R59, which are usually the easiest indication of an ECU having a bad idle circuit in the ECU. If these are smoked, or really dark...chances are someone at some point plugged an air temp sensor into that connector that should have been plugged into the IACV and smoked that ECU circuit.
Sometimes by replacing those resistors, you can cure the issue.
