Neptune RTP?

Does the license for Neptune burn to the Demon or to the PC you are using?
Meaning can you tune on more than one PC with one Neptune license?

Just the Demon. I've been able to install it on multiple PCs.

Yup, it's linked to the Demon, not the PC.
