Ok so when I bought this car the previous owner told me it was tuned on Neptune. Can some1 help me verify if it is.

The only way to find out is have a Neptune dealer load the map from the chip to verify it.

 

It may be chipped, but unless you bought the car with the ECU the license doesn't transfer. It could be a copy.
