While driving engine started hesitating and jerking. Check engine light came on.Got the code P0122. I have had this problem before... Low voltage output from T.P.S.. Already changed the T.P.S. out and calibrated the new one. Cleaned and checked grounds from battery and engine to frame. Checked the t.p.s 5v in, ground it good, .5v closed 4.5wot, steady V. no jumping around during sweep. Any ideas???? The first time this happened it was very consistant... this time quite the opposite.. will drive fine one day and the next its barely driveable.

Looks like you need trouble shoot while the problem is occuring. Is this a honda? Not sure what P0122 means?

probably a shorted wire somewhere between the tps and ecu...i'd do some resistant checks on all 3 of them if i was you
That would have to be done on the ecu side of the wires right?
how do i find out which wires coming from the e.c.u. go to the t.p.s.?

I'm wondering if you've got any help on this yet? I have a very similar problem and I'm trying to figure it out.

OK GOOD NEWS,
So like every time i had a problem with this code, i removed the tps to make sure it was on the IM good. I think i finally have a solid answer, and yes its electrical.
The connecter of the tps is the problem. I would call it the secondary connector.
The primary is the one that is direct from the harness to the tps. The "secondary is a sorda sleve connecter on the actual primary connector it self. I disconnect the harness from the tps i wiggled the secondary connector and the light went off.
