quick question. just bought a used P28 with demon installed. everything i see shows the demon with only one 4 pin header going to cn2, and then the demon usb to laptop.

mine has all that obviously and then another 4 pin latching header soldered to the demon board and the other end coming out the ecu. came with a hulog that plugs into that cord, but why would it be needed for and what is the second 4pin for??? the one in question is soldered where i circled red in this picture. demon says version 1.2 03/16/09 if that helps.

 

Expansion (Like a TunerView), but if you were going to use it for such, you'd already know that. No need to worry about it.

 

take out multimeter....set to ohms...start checking to see where those 4 pads are connected to....it may answer your question.

 

yeah i got a PM from the seller right after i made this thread saying that it was for the tunerview.

its not needed , it can also be used for tunerview, as stated.

 

what bluetooth adapter can i get that will fit on this
