Default Limp mode pls help

So I have a 94 Integra with a b16 trans and I’m having a problem where I drive to work and I’m just cruising and hear my exhaust pop like a misfire and otw home it never fails the car goes into limp mode it’s either the car stubbles while driving then won’t rev past 4k and the pedal does nothing when fully pressed until I go in neutral I can put it in neutral and it still won’t rev past 4k until I let the rpm drop to idle and throw it back in gear and keep driving some days more than others other times I notice nothing and it does the exact same thing the car runs great lots of power I just recently did my
timing belt
water pump
head gasket
arp head studs
all new seals and gaskets everywhere else on motor but it just started doin this after I changed the belt again cuz I got sent the wrong one and it was loose and yes I drove with the wrong belt on still drove fine just wouldn’t start if stalled I really need to figure this out help pls

Do you have a CEL ? If so, what code ? If no codes, you likely have not put the engine in proper mechanical time when installing the timing belt.
