From what I've read you can add cruise control to any K swapped car as the cruise control is pretty much stand alone as far as the ECU is concerned however I have been shopping for KPro and according to the hondata website you can use the RSX base A/T ECU but it wont work with cruise control........ what am I missing?

I think that only applies to DBW K swaps?

The Element for example has a standalone cruise control unit that is part of the intermittent wiper controller. Has a part number 38140-S0X-A01.

Automatic RSX also has a cruise control unit, 36700-S6M-A11.

I bet it would be possible to transplant the cruise control stuff.

Really I could use any CC even aftermarket ones, I guess my question has more to do with using the RSX A/T ECU even though this is for a manual set up, the A/T ECU is cheap, just don't understand why Hondata explicitly states that it wont work
