itbs with s300
I used MAP + TPS with crome, but I didn't like crome for a multitude of other reasons.
easily 95% of our V8 units use MAP.
Maybe 15% of our Honda units use MAP.
For the few who know who I am, in all sincerity, this is not a sales pitch - but I truly believe that if synchronization could have been guaranteed for this scene 10 years ago, the general opinion on this topic would be different. When each runner has a different vacuum signal because tolerances aren't tight or consistent, you'll chase your tail indefinitely.
I feel I should add; even if you do run MAP for load, on most stand alone management systems you can still choose TPS based accel fuel - which is nice to supply a big 'hit' with minimal threshold. Not sure on S300 though....

to synchronizing. I bought a Sync Pro Carb tuner as soon as I finished building my manifold. I have only used it on a few bikes so far and it works great.

we synchronized them before we tuned ...some people say tune with tps and some say with map.??
and with s300 the tps sinal keeps changing? after the car is turned off???

If you put a multimeter on the signal output from the TPS, does it follow what the ECU is seeing?
If it's a good TPS, I'd say it's:
1. voltage to TPS issue
2. ground plane for TPS issue
3. ecu issue
That shouldn't wander if you're not moving it.
