Default Imobiliser Problem

I have a 99 civic hatch that i just put a typer b18c5 in. the motor runs but the imobiliser that is in the P73 type r ECU wont let me start the car so I bought an integra ignition and imoboiliser now i need to get them reflashed together.

Now the questions:

Can i do this myself or does it take a special tool that the factory has to accomplish?

if so how i tried looking it up everywhere any help would be chill thanks

You'll have to either take the car to the dealer to have it done after you wire it up properly, or send it to one of us who has the equipment to remove it from the ecu..

I know i can remove but i liked the idea of an imobiliser saftey whys i found out how to remove through research

i just dont want to hook it up then have to tow my car to a dealer

Pregunta: Can i put a different ECU in after i hook it up and still drive (say with a B16 ecu)? Will it bypass the imolbilizer?
