Idle problem on modified H22
Here it is:
H22 with Mahle 11.5:1 pistons, Eagle rods
Omni Power TB WITHOUT FITV and idle setting screw
Double stack Blaktrax modified intake manifold
450cc injectors
Tuned on Crome
Skunk2 stg. 2 Pro cams
Idle is set on 1200rpms, IAC duty cycle is almost 100% and still cannot maintain idle. Any additional load on the engine (AC, lights etc.) is stalling it. Sometimes IAC triggers CEL (which is quite undestandable as it's going out of range).
How can I force the engine to run properly and compensate additional load as it is done on unmodified car? Different IAC (which then)?
