Default idle problem

I have a b16a with hondata s300, 1000cc pte injectors and an evo resistor box.
my idle is fine at cold start but once the engine warms up the rpm runs throw 500 to 1300 rpm and stalls and very hard to keep the car running with having the gas peddle down a little. I've checked my chock, map sensor (omnipower 4 bar) and tps but the problems not from any of these things. any idea's.

I'm having the same problem but with stock injectors!! Interested to see what replies you get. My motor is a 84mm B18C. Do you have a wideband installed so that you can see what the air/fuel ratio is at idle and when its doing this?

ya wideband installed but not hooked up to ecu as we only have octane 91 here and not so clean so the sensors don't last so long. the AEM gauge readings for the wideband cycle throw 10 to 15 AFR while the rpm is cycling. also the thing is that with the OEM 240cc injectors i'm not getting this problem.

If the vehicle is running too lean or rich at idle you will encounter an unstable idle.

You should look at tuning the vehicle's fuel temperature compensation tables.
ya I tolled this to my tuner but he's convinced its a problem with the idle tables

If the vehicle has a stable idle during warm operation and holds a steady & proper air fuel ratio then the issue is not likely related to the idle fuel/ignition tables in the main fuel/timing map.
Anything is possible tho :-)

hesitation at slight throttle could be a vacuum leak, but it could also just be an injector dead time offset.
verify TPS values are properly calibrated, if it's an aftermarket throttle body make sure you have enough throttle opening.
Otherwise since it idles good cold but not when warm, you may just not have the idle screw opened enough to allow it to compensate properly after the FITV shuts down.
