So i'm going to be swapping my stock D16 1.6 CRX si 91 engine for a B18, is it safe to run a single turbo on a B18? What are the prerequisites I need to do before adding the turbo. Because this will be my first swap and build and i don't want to blow my engine up!

You should really do some more research before you even consider turbo with a question like that.
