Default 1000cc ID's, hot start problem

I'm having an issue starting my car when its warm/hot. It takes atleast 2 primes before it will fire even cold. When Hot sometimes it takes 3-4. Doesnt make sense as the car is making 90psi base pressure. Could this be something tune related?

The issue could be a lot of things including tuning, your ecu, ignition system etc.

at 90 psi static , your injector have a problem to get it open under cranking. unless your injector is calibrated correctly in your ecu, or else u will have the same problem no matter hot or cold.

I've never had hot start problems with ID injectors that I've had with older style injectors. Play around with your cranking fuel at hotter ECT values.

thanks for the ideas guys, i'll check the values tonight to see for the cranking fuel trim.

Even when the car is cold I have to prime it twice before it starts, just doesnt really make any sense.

I took a screenshot of the settings for cranking trim (attached). I can email the .cal file if someone would be willing to take a look.

To clarify the issue, i have to prime twice (not crank, just prime) before starting cold, 3-4 times when hot. 90psi fuel pressure static, ID1000cc, Weldon 2040, walboro intake and 044 inline.

Thanks!

Make sure battery offsets are correctly set.
Adjust your cranking fuel trim etc.

Keep looking you will figure it out.

I like to calibrate my inj to where so much trimming is not necessary.

That's a lot of cranking fuel I feel.
